Compassionate Yoga

A gentle, heart-centered approach to yoga that embraces you exactly where you are and guides you with clear and compassionate instruction.

 

Most poses are held seated or lying on the floor with standing poses incorporated for balance and strength.

 

No prior yoga experience is required as modifications will be offered for all levels. Come experience the bliss and joy of your being in this inclusive and welcoming 60 minute class.

If you are tired of the same old walking routine, then join this fun and creative walking program that will jumpstart your metabolism, increase your stamina and strength. 

 

To keep you energized and engaged, no two walking classes are alike and are designed to meet you at your precise fitness level, so all levels of walkers are welcome and will feel uniquely and appropriately challenged.

Mindful Movement

thursdays, 9:30am PST

Build Resilience and Strength in your body with a powerful combination of deep stretch and super slow resistance exercises that will build muscle, increase joint flexibility, improve bone density and enhance balance and coordination. 

 

Classes incorporate body weight exercises, hand weights, resistance bands, and stability balls. 

 

Each 45 minute class is different and new exercises are introduced every month to keep your routine fresh and inspired. All levels are welcome as the degree of difficulty adjusts to suit your ability.
